Excellent cutter to trim moss, hairgrass or even other carpet plants. It is also suitable to be used in small size aquarium.

Having tried this cutter, I have to say that the spring effect is responsive enough and just nice for continuous trimming. Purchase price for this piece is 1xx. I will leave it to you to decide whether this piece is worth the value.
